If you or a friend has been banned from the server, please fill out this form as honestly and genuinely as possible. Within 24 hours, the staff team will take a vote and contact you via discord to let you know if you have been unbanned or not. Please give the staff team time to make an honest decision, as they all just want what is best for the server.
